TECHNICAL MANAGER
Hours: Full Time – 42 hours per week
Salary: £34,361.00 per annum
Are you an experienced technical leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for managing technical facilities and staff and ensuring the smooth running of events and performances?
We pride ourselves on our technical facilities and standards and are looking for an inspiring, dedicated individual to join our team and take charge of the technical department, including staff management and technical administration, and commit to the highest standards of practical delivery of events and shows.
The Technical Manager will oversee recruitment and training, manage rosters and budgets, liaise with incoming companies, and ensure the upkeep of technical equipment, systems, areas and safety standards. As a vital part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to venue improvements, attend key meetings, and promote our core values.

Join our team as a volunteer in a variety of roles: front of house, within our marketing team and as part of our Get Involved programme. Work as an usher for our shows, help the marketing team promote The Core’s activities in your community or at events around the county, or support young people as they get involved with workshop activity.
